Introduction: Our cooking class starts by taking a tour to the central market in Hoi An. This is a colourful traditional-style market in Vietnam. Our tour guides only show you a lot of show of this market (meat shop, vegetable shop, fruit shop, seafood shop...), our tour guide also help understand how to select the best ingredients for the best meal. You also have chance to bargain with local salesman of these shop.
After the market tour, you got a lot of ingredients for the the cooking class. We come back to Rice Drum to prepare everything for our cooking class. You have to do every thing by yourself from cutting to cooking and decoration from the raw materials. By this way, you really cooking your meal by yourself.
After each dish, you enjoy what you cook.
